This two weeks, the physical theme will focus on strength. It will challenge children’s upper body strength when they are doing the hanging motions.

(6-18個月)Baby Sit up
Parents lie down your baby on his back in front of you. Hold your baby’s hands. Then gently pull your baby to help them sit up.
家長讓寶寶躺在您面前,雙手握住寶寶手腕,輕輕的幫助其坐立起來。這個親子游戲有助于加強小朋友的腹部力量;增進親子關系。
Gym Tots/Toddlers
(18-24個月)Wheel Barrel
Parents, please let your child stand in front of you.Let children put their hands on the ground. Then hold your child’s legs Engage them to walk on their arms. If they can support themselves very well, you can try to hold your child’s ankles to give more challenge.
家長讓小朋友背朝您站在面前。鼓勵小朋友將雙手撐在地墊上,此時,您抓緊小朋友的雙腿,鼓勵他們用手向前移動。如果小朋友的力量較好,您可以緊握他們的腳踝給予較少的輔助。這個技巧游戲有助于加強小朋友的上肢力量。
Gym Kids
(2-3歲)Bear Walk
First, children will apart their legs and put hands on the ground. Then walk with their hands and feet together. Remember, it should be feet instead of the knees。
首先讓小朋友打開雙腿站立,再將雙手放在地面。鼓勵小朋友手腳并用像小熊一樣向前移動,注意提醒小朋友腳踩地面,而不是膝蓋跪地。這個家庭小游戲有助于加強小朋友的協調能力以及身體力量。
