This two weeks, the physical theme will focus on Balance. Parents can help your child balance on the different stations, which is good for child’s dynamic balance.
本周的體能主題為平衡。小朋友會在各種各樣的器械上練習身體平衡。這有利于加強小朋友的動態平衡。

Gym Babies
(6-18個月)
FlyYour Plane
Parents, please bend your knees, lie your baby on your shin on their tummy. Hold your baby’s torso and gently rock back. Kick your legs up and down so the baby will experience the feeling of flying. Parents, please remember to keep eye contact with your baby.
家長屈膝,讓小朋友趴在您的小腿上。握住小朋友的軀干輕輕向后倒,躺于地面;然后上下彈動小腿,讓小朋友感受上下飛翔的感覺。家長在做這個互動游戲時注意要跟寶寶進行眼神交流。
Gym Tots/Toddlers
(18-24個月)
Foot Walk
Parents, have your child stand in front of you with their back to you. Hold their hands, and ask them to stand on your feet. It helps to curl up toes a little. Let’s do the foot walk. Take a few steps forward, backward, and side to side. (They can also do this facing the parent.) You can help your child do a fun dismount by placing both of his feet on one of your feet. Continue holding his hands, and then kick your leg up and say, ‘weeee.’ Then help him land on the floor on his feet.
家長讓小朋友面朝外站在您的腳面上,您前腳掌可以稍微上翹,拉著小朋友的手一起前后左右行走。最后家長可以讓小朋友雙腳站自已的一只腳上,然后該腳向上翹起,幫助小朋友”降落“。
Gym Kids
(2-3歲)
Stork Stand
Parents can let your kids do T-arm position. Then ask them lift one knee up and step the foot on the other knee to support themselves. Keep it for 3-5 seconds and switch. For the one who cannot balance himself well, parents please help them by holding his hands.
小朋友雙臂抬平戰立。單腳膝蓋抬起,腳踩到另一條腿的膝蓋位置,保持3-5秒鐘,然后交換腿再做一次。如果小朋友不能很好保持平衡,家長可以握住小朋友雙手給予一定幫助。
